The IEEE Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology (CPMT) Society is the leading international forum for scientists and engineers engaged in the research, design and development of revolutionary advances in microsystems packaging and manufacture.

The IEEE Reliability Society covers the field of reliability within the engineering field. Reliability is a design engineering discipline which applies scientific knowledge to assure a product will perform its intended function for the required duration within a given environment. This includes designing in the ability to maintain, test, and support the product throughout its total life cycle. Reliability is best described as product performance over time. This is accomplished concurrently with other design disciplines by contributing to the selection of the system architecture, materials, processes, and components -- both software and hardware; followed by verifying the selections made by thorough analysis and test.

Electronics System-Integration Technology Conference 2008

ESTC-2008 will be held at Greenwich, the magnificent World Heritage site and major maritime site on the banks of the River Thames in the great city that is London. The Conference and Exhibition will be hosted at the University of Greenwich in the buildings of the former Royal Naval College - which has a tremendous heritage: the Exhibition Hall will be immediately over the former palace of King Henry the Eighth, and the Queens House is where Sir Walter Raleigh placed his cloak over a puddle for Queen Elizabeth the First to step onto. Plenary sessions will be in the Great Painted Hall - providing a wonderful ambience for the technical presentations. The exhibition will be the quality event in microelectronics and micro-systems in Europe.

A Table-top exhibition of R&D Projects will also be displayed and will be co-located opposite the Poster displays in the Poster Hall. This will be an excellent opportunity for partners in collaborative European projects and national projects to disseminate and network and meet their project objectives.
